Plans — what changes between Essential and Pro
The difference is one thing: artificial intelligence. All the organisation is in both.
There are two plans, and the line between them is clear: organisation is in both; AI is Pro only.
What both have
Tasks, steps and subtasks, sections, the board, filters, recurring tasks, a calendar with Google and Outlook sync, habits, categories, tags, alerts and push, and exporting your data. With no practical limit on quantity.
What only Pro has
AI chat (200 messages a month), voice dictation (30 minutes of audio a month), the daily briefing and weekly summary, and the Insights screen.

The currency is set by your country: reais in Brazil, dollars elsewhere.
Where it lives
Settings → Subscription. Your current plan, the month's usage, and the side-by-side comparison are all there.
With no active plan
If the trial ends without you choosing a plan — or after you cancel — the account becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, nothing can be created or edited. Your data are not deleted for lack of a plan.
Common questions
Can I start on Essential and move up later? Yes, in both directions, at any time.
Is there an annual plan? Not today. Billing is monthly.
What happens to my data if I cancel? They stay, in read-only mode. Subscribe again and everything works again.
