What DayAlly is
One place for tasks, calendar, and habits — with an AI that understands your day.
DayAlly brings together three things that usually live in separate apps:
- Tasks — what needs to get done, with a due date, a priority, and steps.
- Calendar — your commitments, including the ones already in Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Habits — what repeats daily or weekly and you want to keep up.
On top of that sits an AI that reads the combination and acts on it: it turns a sentence into a task, moves what slipped, sums up your morning.
Getting started
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft. There is no password to remember.
- Go through onboarding — it sets your time zone, language, theme, and creates your first task.
- Connect your calendar, if you already use one. That is what keeps the calendar from being empty on day one.
Where it lives
After signing in you land on the Dashboard, the summary of your day. The main navigation sits in the sidebar on desktop and in the bottom bar on mobile.
Limits and plans
You start with a 14-day trial that includes everything in the Pro plan, AI included in a reduced form. When the trial ends, you pick a plan.
With no active plan your account becomes read-only: you keep seeing and exporting everything you created, but you cannot create or edit anything.
Common questions
Do I have to use all three areas? No. Plenty of people use only tasks and the calendar. Habits is the easiest part to ignore without losing anything.
Does it work on a phone? Yes, and you can install it as an app. DayAlly is a PWA: it opens full screen, with its own icon.
Are my data stuck in here? No. You can export everything as JSON whenever you want, from Settings.
