Terms of Use

1. Purpose

DayAlly is an AI-powered personal assistant for organizing tasks, events, projects and habits, with integration to external calendars.

2. Registration and account

To use DayAlly, you create an account through a login provider (Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity carried out under it.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to contract and to provide truthful information.

3. Plans, subscriptions and payment

DayAlly offers a 14-day free evaluation period with access to the Pro plan features and a reduced artificial intelligence quota.

To start the evaluation, a valid credit card is required. The card is only validated, with no charge whatsoever: nothing is debited at signup or at the end of the 14 days. This requirement exists to limit automated account creation.

There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial: a subscription only begins if and when you choose a plan. To continue creating and editing content after that period, you must subscribe to one of the paid plans, whose prices, limits and features are described in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Without an active plan, the account remains in read-only mode: you can still view and export your data, but not create, edit or delete records.

The free trial is granted once per person.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the chosen cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; paid access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DayAlly for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, to send abusive content, or to compromise the security and operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI assistant

The AI features generate responses, summaries and suggestions automatically and may contain inaccuracies. AI suggestions do not replace professional advice (for example, medical, legal or financial).

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding on any action taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

The software, brand and elements of DayAlly belong to Asc Systems Tecnologia Ltda. The content you create remains yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for your benefit.

7. Limitation of liability

DayAlly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss resulting from misuse, or unavailability caused by third parties or factors beyond our reasonable control.

We recommend that you keep copies of any information you consider critical.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time in the settings. We may terminate or suspend the service in the event of a breach of these Terms or upon product discontinuation, with notice where applicable.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and, where applicable, will require renewed acceptance. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, where applicable.
